Items are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.

Non-European countries

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local courier services.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, after contacting us first at ask@moonripples.com
The jewelry must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returns and exchanges do not apply to one-of-a-kind pieces.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
